4/5.  Dude is clearly very talented and it's cool to hear Beethoven that way, it also makes it easier to appreciate I think.

I last saw them live in late 2011 alongside Thin Lizzy and Black Label Society, shook the entire stadium.

From Amazon.com: The fact that vocalist Rob Halford's tracks (allegedly damaged in the recording process) were later replaced in the studio has long been a bone of contention to purists (though hardly an unusual practice in the industry), but fresh ears may find the "problem" actually resulted in a better-sounding record.

Still amazing, but his vocals being done in studio......... 9/10

Not Rated because i cant understand it.

Here is an excellent/funny metal cover of a classic 80's pop song from the movie soundtrack of  "Top Gun" (1986)

You do have a nice 20th century backspin here.

If you cover an 80's popsong, you'll get some sort of 80's poser heavy metal. On the first glimpse, I see no difference compared to the original. Then, as I think about it, did the 80's song have guitars?

I was a child in the 80's, god, I hated the music in that decade.

^^I rate that with a clement 5/10.

More backspin, bring flowers:

I like Push It, but I don't like metal, and I HATE that guy's facial hair.  1/5

I heard this song during the credits roll for a Deadwood episode, thought it was very catchy.

I can get in the mood for this and I can see why a western series chose this song. Is Deadwood any good, btw?

I really like Deadwood so far.  I believe it's considered part of HBO's Golden Age (The Sopranos, the Wire, Deadwood, Rome, etc.) It's on Netflix, strangely, at the moment, or French Netflix at the very least.

Wow. Ancient classic music. Dear Bob Dylon, you might have been a genius of your time, but I could not imagine a situation I'd listen to this. Even though the refrain is catchy.

2/5

Well then, I think Heavy Metal was already killed by Hardcore in the 90's like video is reported to have been killing the radio star.

Strain - Driven

Referring to Deadwood then. The first season is the best. The second season is a repetition from season one. Exchangeable episodes loosely bound together like episodes of the second or third Sopranos seasons. If you'd want to describe the content with one word, 'cocksucker' would tell it all. There is a harsh cut between season 2 and season 3 then. Felt as disappointing as the cut they had betwen the 2 seasons of Rome. In season 3 some characters make weird twists that are not comprehensible. After season 3 you won't complain about the missing 4th season.

I usually imagine my own sounds with it, like `tjunk, tupdieyupdiedee` aaa enemy spotted, ratatatataboom
