I guess these vehicles did not make the cut because there is no map for them to be used yet.

- Horsa is on Pegasus... as a static. 
- Semovente is in too, it is on Gazala for example.
- 45mm M1942 is on Sammatus.

Nope, only the M1937 45mm.  You of all people should know that the Finns only captured 2 of the M1942s.

Yes, the rest of those vehicles and a few hand weapons as well did not find a place on any of the maps that made the cut for 2.5.  Many of them have homes on the maps that were earmarked for the 2nd Eastern Front release.

The Semovente 75/18 can be found too on some desert maps and the Airspeed Horsa is the glider static you can see on Pegasus Bridge.
