LOL how would a realistic Omaha Beach NOT be a meatgrinder?

Realistic in terms of layout only (so not 1:1 based off a movie). Not necessarily realistic in terms of assets & attack paths. e.g. I like the way Rabbit is doing it for PR, the initial plan is to have tanks spawn on the beach later in the assault to give the Americans some cover/ more power to assault with. While not 1:1 realistic it's still within the realm of reality.
Some slightly non-historically accurate changes would have to be made for a map such as this to be balanced and fun (just like most other maps), but I don't think it's impossible.

As for my opinion on wanting to see Omaha in FH2; I don't care either way. I just don't think it's completely out of the question to make a 'fun' Omaha map.

I say just drop the Omaha debate, it would require someone with a lot of talent to make a really good one, and all the devs seem to be quite busy. Ts4ever made it very clear its very unlikely.

And trust me, we have our own concerns if Omaha will even work on PR.

Nissi indeed has other priorities. He's working on statics now and left that project long time ago.
