Can't leave the tripod-MG

Sometimes I can't leave the Vickers/Breda/Lafette/.30 Cal. , when I deploy it and get on. Failed placement? Or something more devious?

Failed placement. There's something too close to "exit point". Try not to deploy in tight spots between two objects and if stuck, try rotating 360 degrees trying to exit all the time.
