From the minimap I see several problems with pathing/routes. Make sure all flags have routes leading directly to them.

yes, I will release it. this map was tested at early stage by guys from Oceania Forgotten Honor group and feedback was positive.

That is the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard.

You're telling me that every flag on a map needs a road/path leading to it? Please don't be daft.

Back to the map, looks very nice, with more work I think it could turn into a very good map. I would suggest changing your map to an infantry map with light armour support considering the size of map it is.

really? Thats the way mapping and gameplay works. nothing ridiclous there.
it doesn´t mean a painted road/path, but a way for soldiers over the battlefield.

Exactly, although having roads to mark the most important routes makes sense. Smaller, more sneaky routes don't need roads necessarily. YOu can see it well on Bastogne:

I present to you St. Lo, Eppledorf and Alam Halfa. All these maps have examples of flags with no routes mapped out, you can hardly call a cut out in a overgrowth area a route.

Yes, you can call it a route, that's why snoox or natty cut out the overgrowth in these areas. And Alam Halfa is a bad example as nobody would make a featureless desert map like that today.

Alam Halfa is perfect!

You really get the feeling of fighting in the middle of an ocean of sand... With nothing but your trusty compass and distant hills to guide you in your path... There are no roads in the desert... Only sand...
This sentence is intentionally left unfinished...

that was indeed me, well to put things this way, a mapper dont have to paint a Road or any easy to spot visible paths or anything like it, he have to know and understand how paths work and try as hard as the mapper can to predict where the player will move, thus making these areas interesting, guiding the player to locations and bla bla bla.

@ Ts4EVER
I would like to say that Bastogne is a bit pointless example. As I see all flags there are the towns or villages and it's normal to have path to them. In my case we have three front flags. there are the paths to the farm and sawmill. The player should find path to take the "lookout", because it supposed to be hidden from the enemy. It will be strange if there is official path leading to this flag.

@kettcar

will send you PM.

I will release this evening a download link of this map. Please keep in mind that the map is wip and can be changed after russian stuff releasing.
