Title: Two questions...
Post by: nickm on 13-09-2014, 18:09:48
Guys:

I LOVE Single Playing the 'Operation Cobra' map, but I need to know where the 'resupply' crates are for each of the outposts: In the Water mill, the crates are in the building but I cannot find them in the crossroads or the train station;

Also, are there any other maps that feature THIS German weapon:

The Anti Tank Grenade known as the "grosse panzerabwehr grenate 40"; if you have enough of them, you can kick some serious ass with 'em--so far the only thing I haven't been able to destroy is an allied fighter bomber because I can't hit one...;-)

Thanks ahead of time.

You can also resuply on apcs and trucks. Allmost all flags have an ammo crate or the possibility to rearm afaik.

And the Drilling is a fork, mostly to be found in sh*t piles. Just search for them. PdH comes to my mind as well as Port en Besin. Pretty awesome weapon  ;D

That weapon just happens to be the 'anti tank soldier' weapon for the 'Operation Cobra' map. Long & short, it's a 40(?)mm rifle fired anti tank grenade-and it works on EVERYTHING: People, unarmored vehicles, light armored vehicles & yes...even tanks, with enough hits.

If you couldn't find the M30, it's located in the farmhouse's lean-to (behind the milk jugs).

Supply crate at trainstation is in the main building, up against the wall.
There isn't a resupply crate at the Farmhouse I am aware of.

At the airfiled, it's in the building close to the flag, up the ladder, where the FG41 is.
At the church, I believe it's in one of the open buildings across the park from the Church, the house that faces the AT gun squarely, I believe.

Fat Randy has a great website for pickup kits, it's a bit dated, but not too bad. ;)

Finding supply crates and pickups ... Use The Force Luke !

For Battlefield 1942 I found a script that can find locations and mark on a map ... here are those maps for Battlegroup42 (http://battlegroup42.djbarney.org/). For example ...

 It should work for BF2/FH but the MP's would probably go nuts giving out gameplay altering maps  ;D
