"When I was in the army" 2 weeks training, then pretty much every weekend off to go home except for 2-3 because of training/guard duty. And this during a 362 day service. Artillery ftw 8)
It's half naked people on boats. That's all.
Here in Finland we call that "summer".

Quote

Pemanggilan dilakukan Senin (22/7) mendatang.

"Soldatenkaffe, located inside Paskal Hypersquare is German-themed. The name of this cafe is the same with the one existed in Paris during the World War II. On the walls of the cafe, lies the photo of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and SS or Schutzstaffel symbol, or special troop lead by Heinrich Himmler.

The logo of the cafe resembles Nazi's symbol, which is German's Eagle known as the iron eagle.

Bandung's local authority already called the owner of Soldatenkaffe related to the display of Nazi symbol. They have checked the cafe. The meeting will be held on next Monday (22 July 2013)."

I hope this is farb.

Let me guess: The Russian mob is beating down your door to make you pay gambling debts?

No mob, it's the locals. A phone call from the police is something that can really make your stomach upset, so tomorrow I have to pay them a visit. It's not something I've ever had to do before so I'm shaking a bit, gods only know what they could dig up.

Relax, they have no trace on that embezzlement. I assure you, I always do it right.

Turns out there was an european market in hasselt, so me and my friend went to check it out. She is completly nuts about wolves and she went crazy when she saw this

Between all the spanish, italian and french shops, one finnish shop stood proudly with more flags then any of them! Traditional finnish clothing, food and other stuff

But one area of the shop is what i loved the most. The ones with the knives!

I couldnt control myself and bought this for 40 euros.

They had many types. The ones for children, regular puuko's and also Leuku knives. I found the one above to be the most beautifull as handiest of them all.
The guys selling the stuff were from Viipuuri, turku and one italian guy. There were surprised about the finnish words i learned from the FH2 finnish people here. Going back tommorow to pick up a bottle of finlandia vodka :D

Belgian national holiday, i'll post later today probably pictures of it in Picture of the day other eras when the militay did its parade  :)
Belgium got a new king, King Phillippe, which makes that we now have 2 kings and 3 queens, first in line of succession is princess Elisabeth, named after Queen Elisabeth, a queen with a large influence and who saved hundreds of jewish children during WWII.

Looks pretty nice Theta. The knife handle and sharpener handle look like they're made from reindeer antlers.

Make sure to check what kind of metal it's made of and apply some oil or something if necessary. I forgot to clean off some blood from one of those souvenir knives once and it made it rust pretty quickly.

Yeah the finnesh seller said its Carbon steel and he explained how to take care of it. He also gave a small pot of oil for preventing rust. The handle is made of Reindeer antler yes. The cheaper ones were made of wood or plastic. These were industrial made however, the one i bought is handmade and you could see it compared to the other puuko"s he had. Despite costing the same, their were always diffrences in finish and construction materials.
