I've decided to paint a wall in my room. Now, having to be "special" I opted for the Splittertarn, seeing it would be a welcome change after years of bland colors.
However, I've encountered a problem, and it was quite expected.
The little splinters, raindrops as I call them, are causing me a major headache, as due to the rough surface of the wall, I can't make straight lines with a brush, and if I cut out a piece of duct masking tape and try to use it as a template, the paint "spills" around a bit, making a slight mess. Since the lines are supposed to be straight, narrow and sharp, the messy ones that I'm doing aren't really the thing I want.
So the question I want to ask is, does anyone have any advice on how to do this?
wait, you mean this isn't the wallpainting forum?
