Objects in distance are distorted
« on: 15-08-2012, 20:08:40 »
Hey guys,

I tried adding some bushes to my map and did it by placing them instead of using overgrowth. Now when I am far from certain bushes they morph out of shape and only fix themselves when they get in viewdistance.

Is there a way to correct this or should I delete them and use overgrowth to put them down?

Thanks,

Jupp

It is possible that your problems are related to your in-game settings: low- or medium detail graphics settings, and/or draw distance.
I'd rather play Kimble with my ass!

I set the drawdistance on map to 1000, also I have everything maxed settings wise in BF2. When I'm in editor everything is fine and looks good, only when I play map ingame does this happen. The undergrowth looks fine and is set at 75 drawdistance. The bushes though are another story and only some of them. I noticed "Reeds" and "Bush3" seem to be the culprits here.
