ok I don't know exactly how many people here are into zombie games - or zombie culture for that matter - but I'm a pretty big fan of Left for Dead, which I'm sure everyone here knows more or less about. Killing floor was just released on Steam yesterday. From what I've read, it's a more complex, gritty, less action packed, and eerier British version of Left for Dead - here's the trailer
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y81s3yIbZcE It had a humble beginning and started out as a mod for Unreal Tournament I think it was, and as it turned out it became fairly popular and appeared in a few prominent gaming magazines and eventually caught Tripwires attention (makers of RO) they then took the modding team under their wing and worked with them to construct a fully developed standalone game.
anyways, has anyone played it yet? What are your thoughts so far?
