I would rather see some small map updates before the first Ostfront release. Matter of fact, I would rather see some small map updates even before the Bulge to get something sooner than later. Long time no update means casual players will get bored and abandon the ship.

So, it takes about a year. it's a pity.

No, Kurt, not exactly a year, we're lucky to that extend that we don't have to create all new models for everything ( trees, houses, statics, vehicles, weapons ) as some of those are done with a snowy re-texture.

The update will be this year, anything else would be silly. I'd even go as far as say it'll be on this half of the year. However I simply can't say when the update will come 'cause:
1. I simply don't know
2. if I'd promise a specific date and we'd miss it, everyone would get mad and disappointed.
3. And I'd most probably miss-guess the specific date because of number 1.

KV-1S has armour in about the same range of thickness as the Matilda, but it faces German tanks with better guns.

Are there going to be pre-S KV-1s with the larger turret and thicker armor? I always digged those more than the lightweight S.

Thanks a lot for this absolutely awesome update! And the wallpaper is really nice. Trust me, you'll get a bunch of people off PR and into FH2 when Eastern Front is out

On a side note, I do hope we see early 41 before we get to late-war stuff. Plus, this will make the Finns happy too!
