Tank Issue

I have been playing Siege of Tobruk single player, always as an Aussie of course, but just for fun I played a german & noticed that there are matilda tanks available to the aussies but when I played as an aussie there are no matilda's.
Whats going on?

The Matilda only spawns in the main base if the Germans take every flag except the last one.

So it would be the same for the Germans who get the Pz IVF2, is that right?

Probably what Slayer says, F2 first appeared in 1942, even then very limited. Like the Tiger on Mareth  :P

No I mean the Pz IVF2, there is no Pz IVF2 in normal game play only the Pz IVF1.
I have played Siege of Tobruk a lot mainly as Aussies but every now & then as German.

There where no F2's during that battle. At the time it was only a sketch on a drawing board or early development.

there are no F2 on tobruk as a dedicated tanker/spawn killer, i should know :)
