 New movie coming this December with some known faces behind as well in front of the camera.

The movie is called 'My way' and directed by the same man who directed the Korean war film Taegukgi (Brotherhood of War).

Taegukgi is a Korean movie about Koreans in the Korean War.

Taegukgi is well worth the watch and the score on IMDB are just.

Judging from the trailer it suffers from the same problem as many Chinese films in that the actions scenes are so far over the top that they lose any sense of credibility.

Looks very cool, though i still agree with Lightning. The action scenes are way over the top, but it still somehow works quite good. Im also surprised how many places these 2 koreans faught. The true story have to be exaggerated some here. The effects look very good, more in touch with physical laws than many very expensive hollywood effect movies. The animated tanks didnt look too cool though.

There is a movie about the War in Korea with the same actor. It is called "Brotherhood". Also a bit over the top with the action scenes but still very impressive. There aren't many movies about this topic.

Well, even if you have issues with 'over the top' effects and all, Taegukgi is really worth the watch, trust me.

Taegukgi is actually good.

All Chinese and Korean movies besides suffering from what Lightning pointed out, they also carries a heavy amount of propaganda designed to make the audience sympathise with them, even though the story was long time ago. One of the most recent example is 1911 by Jackie Chan and Zhang Li.
