Should deviation stay? - poll
« on: 20-02-2014, 15:02:39 »
I think everything is explained clear in the poll. By deviation I mean random round spread on left or right - horizontally (it's not bullet drop).

I mean deviation in tanks (main gun) and AT guns.

Not sure if that is unhelpful or very unhelpful.

OnT: Do you mean the deviation from the secondary armament? I have not experienced any deviation for the main armament.

All weapons have deviation more or less.

I just want to make it clear, that this is not an official vote, alas, one side wins or so, that doesn't mean that the FH2 team is actually going to do what the vote says.

I think everything is explained clear in the poll.

No, the poll is vague and even biasedly worded and reflects the amount of thinking that went behind it.

I'm assuming you're talking specifically about the deviation used on the tanks main armament? Or are you talking about tanks AND AT guns? Are you also talking about their machine guns? Are you also including infantry weapons and the deviation included in them? Not everyone was privy to the argument going on in the other thread, so if you want an actual intelligent discussion here you'll have to be more specific about what the thread is asking.

I'd like some deviation for APDS rounds, otherwise stay as it is.

I just read the choices:

1.  No, long barrel tanks should have their advantage at longer distances.
2.  Yes, I like when pure luck and randomness decide if I shoot a tank!

If you want to make a poll. Atleast make some serious options. Long barrels have an advantage on distance, and it's NOT currently pure luck and randomness. TBH this is childish, im going to close it. You can start a serious discussion if you want to discuss this with people.
