For my English 11 class (grammer, etc.) we will be doing a project throughout the year called "Project Lead the Way" (Original, huh?) and I need a partner for reading.
We'll be reading numerous books, however 1 book = 1 partner, so you do not have to worry about having to read a billion books!
 
The book we'll be reading (I am allowed to pick the book) is We were soldiers once... and young.

Detailing the American 1st Calvary division's fight in vietnam to an extent, but it mostly covers the Ia Drang battle a.k.a. Landing zone X-ray. 

The only requirements of the partner are that I need your name, and that you can review the book. (The review size does not matter for the partner!)

While doing Junkers Jumping (reference the FH2 screenshots thread), I came across a ladder that you can climb up, but you cannot mount it to get down. The only way to get down is through a series of rooftop jumping.



Do note the top of the ladder, not reaching high enough to the stairwell. Players cannot jump onto the stairwell guard to climb down it either

While on WOLF yesterday, Arisaka and I were in a squad of tankers. While Arisaka was shooting at germans, I noticed that while sitting on the back on said sherman, I could see the smoke of the bullet exiting the barrel and the flash of the mg. Both through the turret of the tank itself

To the DC-3, who turned 75 this month.

The DC-3 was engineered by a team led by chief engineer Arthur E. Raymond and first flew on December 17, 1935 (the 32nd anniversary of the Wright Brothers' flight at Kitty Hawk). The aircraft was the result of a marathon phone call from American Airlines CEO Cyrus Smith to Donald Douglas requesting the design of an improved successor to the DC-2. The amenities of the DC-3 (including sleeping berths on early "DST"—Douglas Sleeper Transport—models and an in-flight kitchen) popularized air travel in the United States.

 
A Douglas DC-3 (a former military C-47B) of Air Atlantique taking off at Hullavington airfield, England.With only three refuelling stops, eastbound transcontinental flights across the U.S. taking approximately 15 hours became possible. Westbound trips took 17 hours 30 minutes because of typical prevailing headwinds — still a significant improvement over the competing Boeing 247. Before the arrival of the DC-3, such a trip would entail short hops in slower and shorter range aircraft during the day, coupled with train travel overnight.

A variety of engines were fitted to the DC-3 throughout the course of its development. The original civilian aircraft used Wright R-1820 Cyclone 9s, but later aircraft (and the majority of military ships) used the Pratt & Whitney R-1830 Twin Wasp radial which offered better high-altitude and single engine performance. A few Pratt & Whitney R-2000 radials saw use.


A C-47 "skytrain", the military version of the DC-3, with normandy stripes. These were used as cargo carriers and paratroop deploying aircraft during the war.

A lizard my cousin Jace and I caught. Of the total we caught, he is 1 of 8 lizards, 6 locusts, and one male black widow who almost got us. This particular lizard is a Blue belly fence lizard. We released him in my moms fenced off garden, as of a month later, we've seen a few baby lizards running around the garden.

This is Pepper, I caught pepper today as our cat ginger was playing with her/getting ready to devour her. She is a baby kangaroo mouse, she is grey with a white underbelly.

So I figure on getting into a new hobby, since airsofting kind of got old for me.
A few interesting ones I found are R/C Warships. You essentially take these wooden ships and shoot ballbearings at each other until one sinks. And these ships are 1/144 scale to their real life counterparts. Meaning they can be upto 5-6 long.


Another hobby that seems interesting would be building R/C jets
This german dude, built a freaking 1/72 scale SR-71 with real jet engines in it
