sound problems on windows 7

please give me a solution how to solve problems with the sound on the FH 2 on windows 7 because when there is an explosion or gunshot sound would die on its own ...
so please help thank you

I'm not sure whether I understand what the problem is, but did you try to turn EAX on (or off) in the sound options menu?

yes i do have to disable EAX sound option
but when there is an explosion or gunfire from a shot that I use slalu suarannya paused and lost

 please tell more information about your computer.

 what type of sound card do you have? is it onboard or stand alone?
also, please post exact error message that you received.

jadi begini saya saya menggunakan head set sebelumnnya saya menggunakan windows xp SP 3 tidak ada masalah dalam hal suara untuk memainkan FH 2 atau BF2 namun setelah saya ganti dengan windows 7 saya mengalami masalah pada sistim suara
saya menggunakan processor AMD ..
apakah sistem window pada permainan FH sangat berpengaruh???
sehingga mengalami masalah pada sistem suara
