I have error message dice_py.dll when I start the launcher

Hi , I am new to FH2 . I already have install BF2 on my computer and I have the latest vertion 1.5 . I downloaded the FH2 Launcher and it automaticly start downloading the game .But whet it has finished I start the game from the icon on my desktop and I get this message:The program can't start because dice_py.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I try a few times to reinstall the game , also try to reinstalling the patches 1.41 and 1.5 but nothing change . I still have this message. Please help me. BF2 directory is C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2
