Yet another suggestion that would be great in a perfect world. The negatives unfortunately far outweigh the positives.

Off-Topic / Re: FH 0.67 Loading Music and Stuffs

All I know about any FH loading music is that if you google 'Forgotten Hope theme' or something to that effect you find a dude's blog page that has the current FH1 music, and that one of the older (and better imo) themes was the Elk Hunt song from 'Last of the Mohicans'. If you download a program called 'Free Youtube to MP3 Converter' (I forget exactly where I got it, the icon is a little red music note) you can rip any audio off Youtube with ease.

To be fair, there were rumors that the Luftwaffe was so desperate for pilots late in the war the started drafting owls..

When you are planning to spend 2 months next year living off the land in the woods on a semi-spiritual journey in northern Canada (which I am), and then having a dream about fending off relentlessly 'spawn camping' bears from capping the flag on your tent with a PTRS.

When you finally gave in and accepted that your computer can't handle FH, yet you still make time to drool over FH2 screenshots on this forum.

The best advice I could give is to look at the sniper thread we already have. Lots of good shit there.

When you understood a fair bit of the movie Tali Ihantala 1944, just from playing FH1's Karelia so often.

Heh heh.  You just pushed Flippy's Berserk button.

So... what did you understand, exactly?

There he is.

Hint: FH1's "Karelia" Map is fairly inaccurate.  And Flippy will tell you that "Karelia" is an entire territory covering several dozen square kilometers.  It's like naming a map "Normandy" and leaving it like that, even though it only showcases a small battle in that territory.

Flippy, I'm sorry if I got any of that wrong.  I mean no disrespect, of course.  Please don't stab me with your puukko.

Hehe, I wasn't clear enough. I meant I understood a decent amount of the dialogue in the movie (I am trying to learn to speak Finnish) because of playing FH1's Karelia so many times.

It's a good thing you lot aren't trying to earn a living as comedians.

I'd imagine there was a lot of loud bangs, followed by a lot of sparks and sharp ping sounds, and then a lot of British blood and guts flying everywhere.

I think some trees that you could theoretically jump around on and get to the top is a good idea, actually.

I can't speak Finnish very well, but I definitely enjoyed Tali Ihantala 1944.

I want the ability to play as Paddy, the courageous pigeon awarded the Dickin Medal (animal's Victoria Cross) for his brave actions on D-Day.
