this is what I have said from day1... BC2 with 64 players would not be fun, only spammy and annoying.
Since BC2 and BF2 is two totally different games, you cant really compare the nr. of max players either. whatever nr. of player bf2, or bf42 had is irrelevant.... Could as well compare with TF2, or coDMW2, or any other shooter. Just because all games were made by DICE, doesnt mean they are "the same".

Now I feel like a record that's on repeat but; Forgotten Hope will never be a mod for a BadCompany title, just as we will never be a Cryengine or ModernWarfare Mod.

The beta features only the Rush game mode which is very hectic because you're focussed on two points that are very close together. We'll have to see how conquest will play out. Are there minimaps available for conquest anyway? Is the number of control points about the same as on 32p maps in BF2?

I heard someone saying that you cannot crouch or jump in BC2? Is this some urban legend or for real? What's a game without jump and crouch ability!

I'm not sure about the jumping but the prone stance is removed, crouch not.

You guys should include useful information like have you tried switching ingame settings and if you use any options in your videocard drivers to enhance the game. E.g. I have a nvidia card and I can enable a profile for BF2.exe/FH2.exe so that I will get 8 x AA and 16 x AF.

im playing this on a Windows XP and im not sure how low fps i get but it is indeed unplayable my spec is

Geforce 6600 256MB
CPU 2.80GHz
CPU speed 2.80GHz
and i can play the old maps pretty good but this new patch maps is insane many buildings and i lag like shit^^

That graphics card is pretty crappy which would explain the issue. Earlier maps, especially Africa maps have fewer statics and undergrowth/overgrowth.

So far I've uploaded 607MB.  Not too great with slow connection, but the little machine is giving it's all.  How much have you uploaded for your fellow Forgotten Hope brothers?

About 8.5 GB. Not that I actually need the patch but still, every bit helps. Pun intended.
