The Middle East looks more and more like Germany between 1618 and 1648...
So Sweden will come to the rescue?

Looks very very nice. Definitely feels like eastern Europe.
Is that the Russian player model we see (parts of it at least)?

Back to the original topic: I don´t see the problem. The player base is quite strong and has been stable for several years now (compared to 2009 there are even more players from what I can tell). Heck, even FH1 is still being played.
You can´t expect a niche mod like FH2 to have a huge following. I don´t see a downward trend and therefore I´m not worried. FH2 have very loyal followers as there is really no competition out there (no other games offer what FH2 offers).

Last night I played FH2 for the first time in 6 months (lots of work and crappy internet connection).
What an awesome game this is! I was of course a bit rusty but still managed OK.
I only played for a few maps so I haven´t played the new ones yet.
Now I have 4 weeks of good internet connection so I will join the servers whenever I can.  :)

I have a question for all of you who served or still are serving.

What were the physical prerequisites and control norms to pass the medical exam?

running certain distances on the clock, not having any chronic diseases and conditions?
Do they disqualify you for some conditions like alergies?
It all depends on what type of position you are looking for. The difference in requirements between paratrooper and radio operator at HQ are obviously big.

In Sweden the minimum requirement to pass basic training was (for everybody no matter what position) running sub 50 minutes / 10 km (no equipment), running sub 15 minutes (?) for 3km with full equipment, skiing sub 50 minutes / 15 km, swimming 250 meters (no time restriction), and you were required to do x amount of push ups, etc.
Basically, anyone that is not very unfit can do this with just a short period of training.

All I know is that we used similar systems when training on the AT4 (handheld AT weapon). We had special versions for 9mm training rounds and 20mm training rounds; both have the same tracetory and speed of the real rocket. Much much cheaper to train on compared to the real deal.

Sweet!
I hope it comes with the MG on the side-car so proper hooning around can be done.

But majority seems to be happy and non-complaining  ;D

Fact. Nothing but smiles on my end.
Same here.

Besides, with the numbers Lightning posted you can still 1s1k a Sherman to the side up to 485 meters, which is plenty I think.
I'm really looking forward to the new release.

Funnily enough I recently moved to Luxembourg from Copenhagen.

Shot this a few weeks ago with my Paxette (film Efke 50 ISO):

Also, the TriX400 I´ve been pushing to 1600 without any problems.

Very nice!
Is the thing on top the thingy that automatically sets the shutter speed with the light reading?

On another note, I saw some videos about US infantry moving up side by side with some M1 Abrams in Fallujah and at some point the M1s started engaging a house with their cannons.
I doubt you'd want to be anywhere next to the 120mm when it fires.

Given that infantry would/will often use tanks as cover, is it actually dangerous to be close to the main gun when it fires? Is there anything tankers can/will do to warn close infantry?
Shouldn't be a problem as long as they're not in front of the gun (area of 180 degrees from the muzzle) when fired. Artillery crews with more powerful guns always stay close to the gun when fired (but no in front of it). It's not super pleasant but staying near a gun when fired is no problem as long as you don't get exposed too many times in a short period of time.

I love the pics from a photographic point of view. But, aren't they a tad too dark to pass as wedding pictures? They convey a more artsy feeling than the happy feelings a wedding should be associated with. That's my humble opinion at least; others will probably not agree.
