I'm taking my own freedom
puttin' it in my song
singing loud and strong
proving all day long
I'm takin' my freedom
puttin' it in my stroll
I'll be hop-steppin' y'all
lettin' the joy unfold

I'm glad I wasn't indoctrinated into the 'kill all spiders because they're scary' camp.

While spiders may be usefull I have a slight arachnophobia. If I see one I tell myself it´s going to trap and digest some insect while it´s alive. So there is no need to show mercy. Stomp it!

I don't like spiders either. The problem: I don't want to kill those poor dudes, so I try to put them outside which can be tricky sometimes. I'm not afraid of them but I don't like them to walk on my arm or something.

My scariest experiences with spiders took place in Australia though. I remember finding one's hull which was apparently recently dropped on a cupboard at my exchange students home. Quite huge and hairy. Then found the real one. In my backpack, flat like a flounder between my notepad and the inside of the backpack. And although it was so flat, it still moved.

Then there was a medium sized totally orange one in the bathroom of the bungalow village we were at. Looked dangerous lol.

And then finally in the bungalow we lived, a funnel-web spider in a fissure of the doorframe. Huge and a serious danger.

After being in Australia I got a bit cured from being afraid of German spiders though^^

Even the Australian spiders with heath bars aren't that bad. But if you see s spider with mana bar... run.

Just native spiders. I saw one on the garage door this spring and really.. Two fat thumbs wouldn't do it. Largest spider I ever saw. Yet I must've been the largest human he ever saw, he ran off.

Rarely kill spiders. Cool with you around but if you sit on me you deserve it.

Honestly, if everything around my house didn't have a large chance of being poisonous, I wouldn't give two shits about them if they didn't have that chance.  :-\

there are 2 of m but its the best picture i could find, but you get an idea how big (small) our greatest national bug killers are (as i am aware of).

I dont kill spiders either, i normally get rid of anything unwanted by casually throwing them outside. If its too big my cats will take care of it or after a third warning, and when i need to get up, they are usually in deep shit.
