Nah, I had seen a pic of the Ratte somewhere, then my first post were asking about what that thing was. People interpreted it as a suggestion though :(

My avatar was the most shown picture of Montgomery
I refuse to go reread my first posts, i doubt they were very enlightened.

anyway I have kept the same avatar forever, because i dress like that in real life so that if i am ever murdered and you see it in the newspaper you will know it is me.
with the great actor Steve Buscemi,
Shut the fuck up Donny!

A really great movie by Steve Buscemi is called "Tree's lounge"

It came out well before he was given any real credit for his acting abilities. At least with HBO, a whole new generation is finally exposed to his amazing character acting.

I've always liked Buscemi and it was one of the main reasons why I wanted to check out Boardwalk Empire when it started. Glad I did because Im so hooked it has changed some elements of my life.

I tried to look up yours, but it won't let me go more than 300 pages back through your posts. So your first post is shown to be in april 2009.

Went through a few FF threads, haven't seen mudra in a while, maybe this will draw him out:

Indeed, that was the same reason I first started watching.
Rewatching S2 as we speak. It's great having waited 6 months, there are some parts I don't remember.

Damn, I love that ship. I still remember making that with paint. I should redo it in Photoshop.  ;D

What would you rather lose?

Sight
Hearing
Taste
Touch
Smell

I would go for smell.

When you lose smell, you lose taste (mostly), correct me if I'm wrong.
I'd go for the taste anyway. It would make life a lot less enjoyable (cause food is awesome), but it wouldn't restrict me in any way.

Without your smell you can only taste salt, sour, sweet, bitter and umami.

/Edit: Aw, too slow.

Was gonna say that as well.

I love food, so I need both taste and smell.
I also enjoy life, i.e. women, so I need sight and touch. But I can live without her nagging! Right? Right?!

...guys?

Yes, hearing. It's a hard choice and still not a perfect choice but all the other one's are more vital to me. Sight for the movies, games and the female gender.
Taste for food, for that is the greatest thing in life.
Touch for well, we all know what we want touch for.
Smell also because of food.

Woah, Biiviz, we match. Wanna date?

I can't see how taste and smell are together with Sight and hearing though. I can't see me enjoying life without either hearing or sight.
Of those, I do think I'd give up smell. I don't smell that well anyway. But indeed that is a tough one.

The one I've asked myself, and friends, more is if you had to choose, would you be
1. Blind
2. Deaf
3. Mute

but then it's even easier, I'd rather be mute. it can be replaced by say, writing. And it comes back to that life is so beautiful I need to see it, and I need music.

Hmm. On the other hand, if I was deaf, I wouldn't be able to succeed in my chosen career or live life the way I do now. The smallest change to my current life would be to lose my sense of taste. Perhaps I'd still experience some kind of taste by my sense of smell. It would make life a lot easier in some regards. For example, I'd save tons on only buying the cheapest, most tasteless food products as long as they contain the nutrients I need.

Also, I'd become the #1 oral sex champion of the world. ;)
