im sorry but we cant tell you how to hack your bf2. if you have the cd you should have the booklet with the Serial. the registry value is something generated from your Key. in Bf 1942 is was the Key in real but not in bf2. I am sorry but you have to buy a new bf2 or find your Key.

keygens might work for installation but usually not for online gaming

as for your problem

cant think of much, but check if your key equals the key in the registry.
also in the BF2/support/ folder is an exe that lets you reenter your key i think

I have tried your key, but it's invalid, damn .. :P
I think your CD key is missing a one or two characters, after comparing it to mine.

By the way in the BF2 folder or on the BF2 DVD the is a key code program which you can use to insert your key to the registry.

Yeah, I've tried to change the key via registry or via .exe file in support folder - same thing happens each time, meaning ending up in a same HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc\(Default) value. I tried to keygen other keys - no luck.

But, as I remember from pat experience, if you try to play on unofficial servers they have their own Key Database, meaning only if your key matches a key in their database they send Key Invalid error. Back then I've changed CD Key 2-3 times and it started to work, but now I don't have that CD key anymore.

Just head out and buy the old BF2 form a shop. The 10-20$ shouldn't kill anyone and BF2 with it's mods is quite worth it. I have two copies of BF42 for instance since my first CD virtually had a stress failure after running for 4 years nonstop in my drive. ^^

you really played online with a cracked CD-key ?

usually those keygens generate keys that let you install the game but not play online ...

well whatever, if you dont have a legit copy of the game and the corresponding key we cant help you

Uhu. I still have this. 3 keys for BF1942  ;D My first CD simply split inside the CD drive, so I bought a new one and later on I bought the full package with all expansions so I got 3 keys for BF1942 :P

And I also got 2 BF2 keys, first bought just BF2 and then the whole collection a few years ago.

And no Tbarcello, your not getting my key either  ;)

I'd never suggest that, how could you possibly think that of me!

I'd suggest you buying me a brand new one :P
