Slow loading times and client files
« on: 23-05-2021, 15:05:23 »
Hi. I have a question: if I unpacked the _client files (objects, common etc.) , would it result in faster load times? if not, do you have any tips to increase load times?

Probably not, but you can try and compare your loading times. Be sure to remove (backup first!!) all the .zips after you unpack them. I'd go for unpacking them all, to do so quickly use the file I attached below (place it in your fh2 root folder)

buy a Solid-state drive

by clicking it, my bad, don't put it in your root folder, but in \Battlefield 2 (or Forgotten Hope 2)\mods\fh2 folder instead, it will unpack all the zips, you can then remove them (remember about backups)
