I can connect to any of the servers of BF2 vanilla however when i try to connect to any FH2 server it says: "your cd-key is not valid"   googled here and there but didnt find any solution that works for me :'(

Did you buy BF2 on Steam? It's a fairly common problem there, apparently. Try playing it on the administrator profile of your computer.

I´m not 100% sure, but since BF2 1.5 it requires either a encrypted keys in registry or, if it is unencrypted, it needs to start with x9392. Somehow they screwed up to convert the existing key in the registry when installing this patch.

I had this issue once when reinstalling BF2. I had to manually change my key in the registry. I typed "x9392" and then the key printed on my BF2 box and it worked again.

Already tried, not worked, tried low case with hypends and without, upper case with and without hypens, trying changing the registry while FH2 is running, i have been googling for days, im really desperate

I had the same problem, but with the boxed Collectors Edition and it is a common problem. I contacted the EA support - don't know whether you can call it support - and got a new key. I scanned my manual with the key on the backside so they had something as proof.

Sadly the first key, they send me didn't work and we won't start talking about the second one. The third one that I got did it for me. So you see, you have to be stubborn and kick their butt.  ;D

Do you know a place where i can buy a cheap bf2?, im not gonna pay 15$ for it...

Like Shitmaker said, you have to be stubborn with EA support...

But if you want to buy a second one, and support EA instead, make sure you buy 2nd hand:
