FH2 Help / Support / another prob to be delt with

forgive me if this is already in a topic but when i try to play fh2 it says something about shaders and tells me to alt+f4 and i did what it told me deleted something but it still didnt work and it gives me this "mods/fh2/movies/warning.bik" to "mods/fh2/movies/warning.bik-disabled"  :-[ plz help me :'(

when ever i play in multiplayer and i look down the iron sights of any weapon it always goes gray and abit fuzzy enough to through my aim off badly. this happened to me before but i quickly sovled the problem by closeing out of the game and logging back in but it never worked this time so plz help me :P
