Talking about the sweboz... here is their faction roster! And from Carthage, Epeiros and Sauromatae too. (includes regionals and mercenaries)

From the looks of it, im leaning towards playing Epeiros in my first campaign!

aaah dont know about that. The new steam patch is making it hard for them to make the installer for the steam version..... and before that 1 dev said it would be the 23.... i just hope it is in this weekend  :(

Well so the waiting feels a little better look at these EB bloppers!

Pergamese Empire (crimea is mine too)

Saved Koinon Hellenon's ass against Makedon. Had to give them back Sparta, then Athens since they lost it next turn, and gifted Ephesus to them in trade of me keeping Rhodes (captured from Makedon who had captured it from Koinon Hellenon).

Romani has attempted 3 times to invade Illyria and Ambrakia (all with full stacks through sea invasions, the v2 CAI is GREAT), me and KH are holding them back. Now KH landed a full stack and is sieging Tarentum.... still deciding whether i should assist, since i only got 1 stack available in greece, with 3 other stacks in Anatolia just in case Arche Seleukeia feels lucky.

I was not so lucky as you, Wulfburk. In my KH H/H campaign with v2 CAI, the Macedonians kept all their armies at Pella, and the Epirotes had no courage to attack me. So I took Corinth and Demetrias with the only battle being against a general and one unit of akontistai, and abandoned the campaign out of boredom. The "all or nothing" magic of starting campaign turns in EBI is somewhat gone in EBII, IMO.

Im playing at Hard campaigns too.

V2 CAI is supposed to kick in after 50 or so turns. All that war i had against Makedon was from turn 50 or so to 70. (v1 is actually more aggresive so i have heard, only played v2) Though by now i was invaded by Getai, Arche Seleuka, Romani (quite a few times) and Pontus attacked KH in Ephesus and we had quite a war too.

Still the CAI is work in progress, someone else released another CAI and that is getting good feedback, and official v3 will be out soon too ( a official battle AI was just released as well). Its the first release after all, no point in comparing to EB 1.2

the unofficial new CAI: (using v2 here though)
