World War Z was a pretty good read. It was interesting how people survived and the winter months were the ones filled with less mobile zombies.

I'd recommend it for any zombie lover.

BAR.

Great 3 round bursts when prone, minus the 20 round mag...

And also able to assist assaults in buildings and from behind a squad while standing/kneeling.

I do love it in Brest as a street denial system and in the new Bulge maps as a long range, 3 round burst, destroyer of infantry.

the sensitivity is what ever the default setting is. I do not get lag from the turret like i did when 2.4 first came out.

Either way, the free look i feel needs to be a little more rapid, since the tank commander would be about to move some what freely and quickly whether it be from the periscopes or from an open hatch.

Hey all

i was wondering if the tank free look can be made to be able to look around faster. currently i think its the same rate of speed of moving the main gun.  Think it would make it a little more useful and make more sense.  That is of course if it is not hard coded to be the same speed as the main gun move speed.

cheers.

Thanks all for the replies.

I've read a few tutorials on the oven trick and i'll try them out i think.

One of the  cards boots up but with lots of red/purples lines on the screen.

The other one boots up with a few red spots, then fails to load drivers and then windows crashes/restarts.

Any idea what could be wrong with them and if the oven trick will work?

Hello everyone!

I have 2 nvidia 8800 ultras that are non functioning( 2nd one died just a few hours ago..) and i was wondering if anyone knew any sources that could refurbish them into working order or if it would be worth the effort.

Not really looking forward to buying a new expensive card in all honesty.

Thanks!

I do agree there needs to be only one stat system to bring coherence. If it requires 762 to give up there made up stat system so be it or if they can be carried over then that would work also.

Either a 2 seat setup for something where you cannot fire the weapon for x seconds after sprinting to simulate the crew resetting and to balance the guns use. Cause if it came down to it i bet trained soldiers could move their gun quickly and efficiently.

My 2 cents.

I do like to use HE and aim at the tops of tree trunks to get an airburst effect that works pretty well against infantry when you dont know exactly where they are or if the terrain prevents from direct fire.

Suggestions / Mobile AT Gun Sprint
« on: 17-09-2011, 22:09:32 »
I was rolling along in a mobile AT gun on vossenack and was crossing and field trying to get over the rise of a hill to lay some rounds into the side of a spotted stug and came across the idea to have shift sprint the gun for a bit of time similar to the sprint of infantry.

It would be about half as much or so of the stamina for running but would give a sprint like speed boost to pushing to gun along.

My thoughts figure in a time of need the gun crew would be about to sprint the AT gun into position of away from a compromised position.

I think it would add some more depth and use to the mobile AT guns.

cheers.
