You can get stuck inside the schoolhouse. It takes several minutes of jumping to get out.

Well... some player complained there are too many PaKs for germans and too few good armored russian tanks/russian tanks with powerful cannons. Also, no sniper kits for russians (to snipe PaK gunners) ?

The Russians have an SVT40 PU in their mainbase. Generally one should be careful to judge maps too quickly, since especially in the beginning, when a map and the best defensive positions are still unknown, in my experience the defending team has a big advantage.
That being said, having played the map a few times on a full server, I get the impression that the Russians need a bigger advantage in tanks. We will see if anything changes.

Would it be completely stupid to add some forward spawns for russians that want to play infantry, but don't want to run from mainbase or wait vehicles in there?

Had a match today, where germany was dominating and russians were just sitting in their mainbase waiting for vehicles to suicide themselves against our defences. The only few times they managed to get some foothold, was infantry attacks along the north edge of map. Why not ease that job a bit for russians?

There is a sniper pick up kit at Schoolhouse. And one on attic at Stables. Well, those I found after one round on this map, could be more.

CTD when loading textures. Only happen in MP, SP seems fine.

Run the game in windowed mode and write down what the error message says after the crash.

2.52 changelog for Dukla Pass 64

General:
- Increased thickness of forested areas
- Added additional hard cover for infantry in forested areas and around the rivers
- Fixed a bug where the big 10m rocks did not cast terrain shadows
- Moved various spawn points to more protected areas
- fixed bug where you could get stuck behind schoolhouse door
- Replaced old cow models with new ones
- Fix smoke plumes hurting players
- German engineers use the Tellermine 43 now

Russian side
- added two forward spawn areas for Russian infantry (as suggested by ajappat http://fhpubforum.warumdarum.de/index.php?topic=20609.msg344712#msg344712 )
- Russians now always have in their main: +1 T34/85, +2 SU76M, +1 universal carrier
- As long as they don't own any flags, they also get 2 additional T34/85

German side
- one of their Panthers only spawns if they own no flags
- one Panzer IVH replaced by a StuGIV
