Hello and welcome back,
After a few sleepless nights, we are now finally done moving all our content from FileFront to our new host warumdarum.de (http://www.warumdarum.de). Before we say anything else though, we would like to give a warm 'Thank you' to our long time supporter and owner of our new host Flüstertüte and Andi, without whom such a speedy transition would not have been possible. They have been a great help, not only with our website and developer forum, but also with our brand new public forum.
We would also like to thank FileFront, for the past 5 years our reliable host. It is a real shame such a great community has so suddenly disappeared, but some of the old forum staff is already working on a new forum. We will of course keep you up to date on these events as we learn more.
Last but not least, we also want to thank the all those in the Forgotten Hope community who have offered to host our website and forums. We have received dozens of offers and we really appreciate that so many people would want help us out so quickly.

It's good to be back all official and all. We will remember FF, the sudden los was a big one and totally unexpected even for the forum staff and FF management. Ohwell, onwards to better times both on these FH dedicated forums and the upcomming new GF forums. :)

Ah, I heard the name Flüstertüte in relation to our new host, but didn't know of that connecting to Warumdarum. This makes a lot of sense, as they've always seemed very supportive of FH :)

BTW, my glaringly white sig is still under construction ... lol. But, with the new sig restrictions I managed to cunningly sneek in my full size bee bomb gif with a vanishingly small gif size.

My blood really vanished from my head when I noticed that you were gone from FileFront. "This is it," I thought!
However, I think this forum (of your own) will give a boost to your mod. It is always more easy and more welcoming to join a dedicated forum, than to search among posts, thread, sections and God knows what, just to find ... something.
Skyttegrav.se will continue to support and host "Forgotten Hope 2" and we are looking forward to see this mod raise once more.

Don't know about you guys, but http://fhmod.org doesn't work for me for few days.

maybe some dns issue ?
edit: just checked ping wokrs on the servers ip but tracert shows lots of unreachable hops
so i guess it is a dns issues
try the following
open a command window (windows button > execute > cmd ) then try the following commands there
ping 64.202.189.170
ping fhmod.org
tracert fhmod.org
if the ip is reachable but the fhmod.org not there are some dns issues. you could try clearing your dns cache or just wait for it to fix itself (can take a few days)
i guess i still got the dns cached thats wh i can reach it without problems
you could also try this url http://forgottenhope.warumdarum.de/ (http://forgottenhope.warumdarum.de/)
this url has a hole different ip so i might work better

I can't even reach the domain IP. Maybe that's my "wonderful" ISP...
And yea, I know the direct address but it's easier to type fhmod.org when I'm on remote computer :)

Looks like some of you guys never heard the simple word 'patience'...better get used to it.
This is free mod, done by regular persons in their spare time. Please keep that in mind.

Should be a render of a blade of grass. And its a static only used once on one map. And its an africa map.
