You know what?
I am almost sure that what I´ll say will cause the rage of the players, but I think this update was unnecessary.
It have very few stuff, mostly new skins.Devs should have waited to release it after there were enough stuff in the new version.

So you call four new maps, 2 new planes, 5 new vehicles, and LOTS of re-skins unnecessary?! Sorry for bringing you new content...I'll inform the devs to work for 2 years before a release is announced.

Well crawl back under your bridge and wait for few years. Maybe there's enough content for you then.

I totally disagree.

Either you are blind and deaf or having way too high exspectations.

• The new maps are all very fun and give more map variation for regular players like myself.
• The new sound system is awesome, I was always wishing to have that in FH2.
• The new weapon handling is great, they feel even more nice to use now.
• And the new vehicles, skins and small additions are also lovely done.

So why are you asking for more?

And saying that it adds very few stuff is both untrue and rude to the Devs >:(

Geez! People these days are totally ungrateful. This is a free mod! People use their free time to develop FH2! Let's all be grateful that the Devs are continuing this project!! Keep in mind that BF2 came out 5 years ago! These people have completely rebuilt the game...I've played Bf2 only a couple of times then I went on FH2 and will  never go back!!

It's our goal as a team, as a community, to bring more frequent (and not so huge) updates and not few big ones. This is because maintaining a gaming community and a playerbase requires to keep attention to what the community wants, and they want smaller and more frequent updates.

I think next time you guys release something you should make a nice decoration 'round it so we can unwrap it with the excitement of a 7 year old. Not that i not did but lots of whining this release :S.

While I think this update is great, and love the new weapon handling (and new skins for sleeves in Normandy), I do think this is the least 'polished' FH2 release so far. It doesn't affect gameplay though, don't get me wrong. My biggest gripe is seeing the Normandy 1944 uniforms on allegedly Kiwi soldiers on Mount Olympus. Really jars and ruins the immersion of that map for me. But that's just a minor quibble, I know - but this release still feels a lot less polished than previous ones.

That being said, it's still a great update (had a great round on Cobra yesterday, and the M1 Garand recoil has a happy compromise now) and the devs shouldn't let my semi-OCD concerns over 'polish' keep them from producing great new content.

Playermodels will always be a problem. FJ's early and late, US Airborne, Early War Heer and SS, we need it all..
