Just checked my steam then (Aussie) and apparently the release date has changed from the 1st April to the 31st march so now I'm downloading it. Awesome! Good to have a good surprise after a day at work.

^ Every country has it's dicks, take Australia for example the jokes here aren't about pear harbor but about whales getting revenge on the japs for slaughtering them every year. Its just some times people in certain country's seem to think what they think is more important... to our detriment though these people have easily available access to the internet.

Would anybody happen to know the name of a particular cold war movie I'm looking for?

As I roughly remember it, nuclear war goes on but the problem is not the nukes, its a cloud of radiation thats starting to blanket the planet. A submarine commander and his men go to the north pole or something to escape the balnket of readtion.

Any ideas? I remember having stopped watching the movie halfway due to length  ???

On The Beach

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0219224/

Took me forever to find it because i thought it had Sam Niell in it, but i ended up looking at a list of submarine movies and found it. watched it when i was about 12, pretty sure it gave me a nightmare lol.

As an Aussie and a surfer my best tip to you would be to swim between the red and yellow flags when you go down the beach, to many times i have have seen, and had to myself pull out European/Asian tourist from a rip because they underestimated the coastal rips.
Also the number for Police, Ambulance and Fire brigade is '000'
On a less serious note have fun, drink lots of beer, never take any of us seriously and travel lots and if you head up to Newcastle give me a pm for some local attractions or a guided tour. =)

Remember: In Australia if your in doubt as to whether something is deadly - always assume that it is.

Have fun.

Just to back up on Spartans tips, you really need to watch out for drop bears, they are sneaky little buggers and hurt like fuck when they get ya.

I know that this would be a weird place to find one but is that a variant of a arisaka rifle? and what is it doing there?

A German soldier inspecting a destroyed Soviet tank and a Dead Solder. Bialystok-Minsk pocket, June 1941

Is there a larger print of that photo? It looks like an amazing photo.
