I can heartily recommend the CA G3, she's a tough babe who packs a punch. You might have to change the spring for fps limit though. I'm gonna go as NVA with another forum regular, since the gear is cheap to get together

yeah, i might have rushed a little, as you say NVA is cheap (and awesome) and i like the AK more than G3, allso i have my eye on Jing Gong G3, had this one before and it raped the battlefield with my zf scope! shame i sold it.. we'll see how it turns out.. my army service is due, so it should be a perfect time to save som money!

hmm, i wonder if the nade launcher for the AK is allowed.. or maybe wood grips..

I've seen a few with the grenade launchers in their previous events photo albums, but I think they only accept certain types for accuracy

The times, they are a changin ^^

Thinking about fixing up my Sr-25, now that I know so much more about airsoft internals.
I'm also gonna be shimming my M16A1 gearbox and replacing most of the interior parts for it.

Last week, i was at an airsoft skirm. 2 teams of 40 men each. Each team had a bunker(old belgian army) and they had to send in a sapper to demolish it, or a demoman as they called it

So yeah, when they asked for a volunteer, i INSTANT stepped forward

So the marshal=
-Okay demoman, your job is to deliver this package of explosives, plant it, it takes 30 seconds to arm it and then detonate it from a safe distance!
me=AYE
-Do you think you can handle it?
*with a scottish accent=AGH?
"What makes me a good demoman?*le epic pause of 3 seconds
IF I WHERE A BAD DEMOMAN, I WOULDNT BE STANDING HERE, DISCUSSING IT WITH YA NOW WOULD I?

An epic laughter of the entire team followed  ;D I did it with Just the right timing and accent  ;D

A few people understood the TF2 connection  ;D ;D

When i was planting the bomb i couldnt stop it=
-One crossed wire, One way of potassium chloride, ONE ERRAND TWITCH!   AND KAAABBBBLLEEWWWWIIE

You could hear the enemy inside the bunker=What the fuck was that?

My CYMA RPK did a great job also, however my rear sight, was destroyed! WIPED OUT! i dont know how it happend, but it was trashed!

The M16A1 is a Jing Gong (JG). It's ok, but has A2 parts on it unfortunately. IMHO it packs a punch, but it's more of an expensive starter gun than something to go indepth and mod etc.

The Sr-25 was a D-Boys Mod 0/1 (one of those) that was part of their custom line for 2010. I only fired it three times, then it broke. Some sorta gearbox issue that I plan on finally fixing sometime this weekend (or replacing it) It's pretty cool, but if the gun still has problems, I'm gonna for sure use it as a parts weapon for the A1 and any other M4/16 platform guns

Oooh, always thought about getting a gas K98. Whenever I think about it though, I could get a yugo 98 20 minutes away for the same price, so I'm still iffy on getting one

Tanaka has always been expensive  :P

I want a Marushin M2 carbine, but I couldn't justify the price for a 30-round mag that only works depending on weather, not to mention the hard to get gas.

I decided to take a picture of my collection, and show it here. Currently, it's missing about 2-3 plastic shit pistols, an M24, and another SVD (Which I'll be giving away to a friend soon).

A little airsoft store opened up in the Antelope Valley (where I am), and I decided to pay a visit. My friends in our airsoft players group could only say good things about the store. I have an D-boys/boyi Sr-25 Mod 0 that has a broken gear box. As a matter of fact, the replacment gearbox is broken too. Upon de-greasing the overly greased replacment gearbox (it was fixable, needed rewiring), I found that:

1. Holy shit china, I can understand your motto on over greasing gearboxes, but use quality grease

and 2. The spring guide was cracked.

A check of the original gearbox told me that, it too, had a cracked spring guide.
"Fuck," I quietly thought to myself.
Now I had a motive to check out the new store, which had opened but a few weeks ago.

After removing both spring guides, I hopped in the truck and away I went.

Upon walking in, I was greeted, and a wall of the finest G&G's caressed my eyes. JG's sang in the background and Classic Armies sang the chorus. The overwhelming smell of freshly opened airsoft gun boxes  and a pile of MRE's graced the corner of the room, with MOLLE gear holding me close. The KWA's and WE
s beckoned me to them, from under their glass enclosures, whispering sweet fantasies to me if I bought them.

I approached the cashier after a pack of infidel's left the store, asking if she happened to have a spring guide for a version 2 gearbox. She got a glazed look in her eyes, I could see flashsbacks to 'nam. Deep cogs within her mind speeding along. She didn't, but could order one. Turned out, she was co-manager with her husband who works at Edwards AFB. She doesn't know much about airsoft guns, but would be happy to have her husband order me one.

The place turned out to be really cool, and she was nice. Stepdad told me since I hadn't gotten anything from him/mum for my birthday, I could get whatever I wanted in the store. After giving her one of the broken spring guides, I looked at all she had, and decided to pick a gun when I come pick the gun and the part up next week. I just can't decide what I want! She also had a claymore ffs, so much want.
After buying the spring M3 greasegun there for $15 (it's actually pretty nifty, I like it) and the MRE for $5, we talked for a bit and told her the local airsofting group I was representing was incredibly excited and happy to have a local airsoft dealer. She gave me 2 $25 passes into the local paintball field, which ironically enough, has had to implement airsoft days due to the surge in airsoft players and the gradual dying out of paintball.

As per Operation Eastwind, I'm gonna be picking up a CYMA .048M for christmas.

Gonna replace the piston (and parts), re-shim, get stainless steel gears, and a precision barrel.
Oughta screw someones day up  ;)

I also asked for some parts for my AGM M16A1-VN, gonna turn er into an angel from which to rain down plastic death upon
