Any plans to animate the bullet chains on machine guns?
It requires 2 animations...
1 looping as the bullets come in and another as the last few rounds deplete.
would be a Simple line of code stating that "if x many bullets remain, play this animation (i.e. bulletchain_loop & end_bulletchain)"
Check Day of Defeat source .30cal & Mg42 (youtube examples are avail)for reference. If you have the source sdk you can view the animations in HLMV.
This would go a long long way for improving those weapons look and feel.
