PS. I'm not meaning to bash anyone or that at all, just giving my little opinion of it. Don't take my words out of context, as I love the mod and hope it gets better.

Forgotten hope 2 doesn't lack quality, it lacks gameplay.
please define 'gameplay'

An enjoyable mod where people communicate and work to win and don't join a squad to spawn on a squad leader sitting in a tank camping a flagzone for an hour.

Everyone knows FH2 is predictable and repetitive, nothing different happens. I don't fear die'ing and I most certainly don't see people going out there way to play as a squad. But hey don't ask me, I'm not a developer of the mod and just a player.

FH2 gameplay is good enough, WW2 wise the best i've seen, and better than PR IMO

If it was better than PR how come PR has so many players?

Downloaded it and had a look, my first impressions are it's nice and actually feels like the Eastern Front(regardless of the Normandy statics). Didn't have time to look about but I one thing I'd say is add fast moving transport for both sides.

really? Thats the way mapping and gameplay works. nothing ridiclous there.

Exactly, although having roads to mark the most important routes makes sense. Smaller, more sneaky routes don't need roads necessarily. YOu can see it well on Bastogne:



I present to you St. Lo, Eppledorf and Alam Halfa. All these maps have examples of flags with no routes mapped out, you can hardly call a cut out in a overgrowth area a route.

Loving the Nordic statics, I particularly like the river ice static! would be interesting if you could make the holes actually holes so its possible to fall through them.

You're telling me that every flag on a map needs a road/path leading to it? Please don't be daft.

Back to the map, looks very nice, with more work I think it could turn into a very good map. I would suggest changing your map to an infantry map with light armour support considering the size of map it is.

when the F|H clan completely owned WAW in the 130th clan tournament on Mersa Matruh. Was an awesome moment.

Who cares about the awards?
Everyone in the Forgotten Hope 2 team does, otherwise we wouldnt have developed it.
Also, players of games like feedback on their progress, be it awards, achievements or rankings.

It was more aimed at the 762 awards and not the FH2 independent award system.

I find it down right disgusting when 'TS4EVER' a betatester, and to my knowledge a respected one comes out with statements like he did.

Who cares about the awards? We have a server being played tonight on 126 players, for you guys to enjoy a new experience of FH2 and try something in a different way. Stop bickering and get some lager out for the night and play and have some fun on the wonderful content the FH2 developers have put there time and effort into.
