32 bots on 64 player maps?

So I recently downloaded this mod and whenever I start a singleplayer game on a 64 player map, I only get 32 bots in the game. Also, when starting a local co-op game, the max number of bots I set it to is 32. Is there a fix for this, or is it meant to be this way?

As a note: I'm playing on the BF2 Complete Collection, if that changes anything.

open your FH2 folder under BF2/Mods and go to the Ai folder. In there open the aidefaults.con file in notepad and change the lower mention of 31 to 63, then go back ingame and change the bot ratio to 64.

By default, Fh2 sets its bot count to 32 to allow it work for most PCs that can play FH2 without lag. You need to DIY to get it to play 64 which is beyond how many bots the game allows normally.
