V-1 Flying bomb?

Is it possible for Germans to have the V-1 Bomb? For example, a german commander can send in V-1 Rocket in enemy position instead of using Commander Arty.Like the US commander can send in Arty while German com can send the V-1 Bomb on the marked location.

In short, Replace German Commander Arty with V-1 Flying bomb.

No. V-1s were never used in combat like that. Let's leave historical inaccuracy for titles like BF5  ;)
