Unfortunately it is not possible. if you forgot your password, simply create a new account. since ea shutdown gamespy servers, FH2 uses its own master server.  And email you input when creating an fh2 account is symbolic . actually you can use fake emails (like qwertyblabla@blabla.com ) to create fh2 accounts. also take a look at https://youtu.be/PZJ8sOg8O_w
