its not about people being disconnect ( lol pun ) its facism at work, these are laws drawn up by those big US companies that will fight for every single dollar of profit. But they probably as with all the copyright bullshit will count on the fearfactor that comes with it.

the dangerous thing is how little detail those acts have, using very broad terms. secondly the US has way too much power over the internet anyway cause of the domain structure, they can take out a site in singapore within a few seconds by just disabling the domain, and there is nothing you can do about it.

I'd be more interested in how you think the US has "improved" the middle east, when I feel history shows clearly that any military or political involvement in the middles east on the part of the US is solely out of self-interest.
I wish.....I really could not give two shits about the middle east. If I had been the immortal all powerful ruler of the USA over the last century I would not have helped/oppressed any other nations. That includes Vietnam, Korea and both world wars. As far as I am concerned the rest of the world can go butt fuck one another into oblivion while we get rich selling to both sides.

A stupid person might think "oh boy i guess our concerns are well founded about iran if other countries think the same!". Truth is Saudis have thought that way for decades. Reason is that IRan is ruled by shi'ites, Suadi Arabia by sunnis. Its why Kuwait and SA supported Iraq ( all countries with sunni leadership ) to attack IRan, but Kuwait and co didnt want to pay up after the decade long war almost bankrupted iraq.... but thats a different story.
Iran is a local powerhouse, well educated, modern islam nation with more democracy than any other country in the middle east(dunno if you can call israels apartheid system democratic...).
Saudi arabia is afraid of that, since they got nothing but oil, and the only ones keeping them in power are the USA and the oil guys getting rich of selling the oil, in return for spending recordbreaking 11% of their GDP on weapons. But let not kid ourselves, countries like the UK have politicians get rid of criminal investigations regarding tornado sales... to sell them more eurofighters. Germany secretly sells SA hundreds of Leopard 2 tanks cause ... you know iran might invade even though they havent attacked anyone in hundreds of years and its very likely they will go all the way through iraq....right..... As excuse the German leadership besides saying "secret lol" was "SA provides stability in the middle east" really? so did saddam.
Just to clarify the notion that Saudi Arabia is endangered cause of Iran.

That cop had all the time to show the crowd the pepperspray, and used this military grade on students sitting down.... thats it.... sitting down. Its not like they were about to getup and rip the cops apart.
