As Fuchs said, there's not enough interest in the FH2 mod, and I don't think that there ever will be. However, the remnants are at

The basic thing is that we're a group of guys and some people didn't like each other personally on top of a dieing mod with fewer and fewer clans and withering sense of discipline in game have led to us calling it quits. There are still a few ventrillo servers from older members that have popped up, I think Mudra has made one, so you could PM them if you want to play with them with higher-quality audio VOIP software.
