But don't worry really. I'm in army atm (Parolan Panssariprikaati) and we get basically every weekend to holidays. You also might wan't to bring laptop with you to barracks

 The falling snow in the video only happens at the end with the logo and does not look like part of the map shown.

Like we saw rain on Anctoville I'm sure that snow will be present on 2.4 maps. (If I recall I saw snow effect placeholder in the 2.3 editor files)
