FH2 startup problem...help please !!

i installed fh2.....
but when i start fh2...it shows an error : dice_py.dll is missing

i also reinstalled the game 2-3 times but still the same--

i installed it on the same directory of bf2

i also have the cd version of bf2

i am a HUGE FAN of fh2 so please help me dudes--!!!

Before installing Forgotten Hope 2, make sure your Battlefield 2 installation is up to date:

• Download patch 1.41

• Download patch 1.5

Remember that you have to apply patch 1.41 before patch 1.5, or your FH2 will not work!! Alternatively you can grab up-to-date FREE version of BF2 here. It should solve all your BF2 related issues.

After your BF2 copy is updated and ready, you need to install the the FH2 Launcher. It will automatically detect your BF2 directory and install all the files needed in order to play the latest FH2.48 patch

my bf2 is already up-to date

and yes my fh2 version is 2.45

any helps!?? :/

note: my internet is too slow right now to download fh2 2.48

Does BF2 run? Does dice_py.dll exist in BF2 folder? Is FH2 in the correct location (\Battlefield 2\mods\fh2)? Were the install files verifed by checksum? FH2 Launcher download of the update should be smaller than stand-alone (though still substantial) and will verify the files.
