Also it would be hard to put all of them in the picture if they weren't next to it.  :P

Given the fact that they are perfectly lit up (big light source to the left) while the trees in the background are dark, I'd say this is a completely staged photo just to show off the device and crew.

This is also true.

yes you can see the morse code command.
What i don't understand is why they sit right next to it.
If an ennemy spot it, he will certainly fire at the spot ...

Likely it is aimed backwards, with a narrow focus beam.  Thus, unless the enemy is behind them, it's not going to be seen.

Yeah, I'm thinking BT7 as well.  I'm kinda willing to bet that guy inspecting it might have been the lucky AT rifleman himself.
Or the scene takes place in some kind of shooting range, that would explain such deadly accuracy and why he is inspecting it so closely. It could serve him in a nearby future.

It's one explanation, though such close inspection is common in photographs of finished battles, and the accuracy is pretty normal for that rifle.

A lot of this is pretty well known to us.  It comes down to team size, content availability, etc though.  While we'd love to put everything from WW2 in game in the same glory that we have given to North Africa, Normandy, etc, it really isn't realistic given the small team and so focus has to be put on what is easiest for us to make using current assets.

Dude, this thread is so old the cobwebs have grown cobwebs.  Most of the people who posted IN this thread don't even exist on the forum anymore.

This mod about war not a vacation. So birds in a war zone is a nonsense. Birds will fly away ASAP in a mile radius after first round of a tank has been shot. Where is TS4Ever comment on screenshots?

The last time I was at the gun range, there was a bird who would not leave the range no matter how many shots were taken.  We all just had to do our best to avoid hitting the thing until it decided to fly up to a tree nearby.

So lol no birds don’t just fly a mile away because of some noise.

First off, you should be joining a reenactment unit first, not just building an impression on your own.  Almost all reenacting is unit based, in order to plan, have cohesion, jointly research, etc.

Secondaly, SOF is pretty shitty.  Look at Hessen Antique, At the Front, 1944 militaria, SM Wholesale, or such.  There are also very good tailors for custom done uniforms who operate on facebook, like Beauregard's Tailor.

Also, READ.  Get books and read a lot.  Osprey Publishing is an excellent primer, after which you can burrow into forums, collector's guides, and other specialist series.

Gaming / Re: Pokémon GO

Thread necro because level 40. And there's still not much of a game in there.

Oh well, maybe my addiction will finally start to wane a bit now since apart from a couple of nigh-impossible to achieve medals there's only the trickling of new legendaries and regionals anymore.

I get the feeling the game will pick up a bit once the Switch's new side-Pokemon game is released later this year, as it is built to tie in to Pokemon Go.
