I'm sorry I came across as harsh. You did have another aspect to your question so I really shouldn't have just pounced on one part of it. I tried to amend that by answering the second post, but I guess the damage was done.

Better visuals on "hurt mode": minimap isnt showing any flags, the screen is blurry, the soldier says "aww" and "oooh" all the time... is this the hurt-mode you mean?

Can we at least get some blood splotches on the surrounding area of the screen? The red blur is just meh.

For me, there is no red blur for some reason

Explain why not? Most of the players that play this game with max AA don't even get the red blur screen. There needs to be a way to tell the player that their going to get bum-fucked other than blinding them with a red blur.
Most of the time it takes me a second to figure out if im dying or recovering from shellshock.

It's obvious that if you don't suffer from it you don't need/want a change for it. At least I wouldn't. It never caused me too much trouble though and I have pretty much survived from it every time I have had it.

Good for you. I get it every time when seriously wounded and I can say you aren't missing anything. So enjoy your game without it because I definitely would do that.
