Because of how bf2 engine/rendering works/looks, the tank wouldnt become "camouflaged" just because it had some bush on it.
Even if it would be, we dont want to hide the tanks more than we do now, the opposite actually. They should stand out more on the battlefield, as should the soldiers

Yeah, I'd say if anything tanks need to be harder to spot. Grass camo would be a welcome addition.

At least on tanks like the Hetzer because as of now this thing is a serious death threat to its driver: It is slow and gets one shotted by Bazookas (I like this but as far as I know it is the only tank atm that gets blown up that fast; correct me if I am wrong). The Jagdpanzer IV could have them too. It's horrible silhouette needs to be covered soon

you did the EXACT opposite with the addition of post-processing filters in 2.4
