Not all stuff mentioned in the changelog is ment for 2.3. unfortunately, not the helmet either.
US airborne is just another skin variation for Ramelle IIRC. No new player model.

Just keep in mind the changelog isn't really meant for the public, but we release it anyways. It is more for internal organization, keeping track of what content we have, not of what content is necessarily 100% done, and not of what content we will release. But it can still give a pretty good impression of how far we've come and where we're going
