Modding / Importing BF42 Heightmap to BF2

Does anyone know if there is any way to port over a bf42 map editor, to the new bf2 editor?

I'd been working for some time on a map for 42, and if possible I'd like to finish it for bf2/fh2, just wondering if there was an easy way to import at least the terrain so I don't have to start all over.

Forgive my lapse in smart making, but is there any repository anywhere that lists the patch notes for the various releases?
