I would like to uninstall and install again but the problem is that i can't uninstall it!!

Go to Battlefield 2/mods/ directory and just delete "fh2" folder.

Yeah I wanted to do that but I wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do.

can you uninstall individual updates (e.g: uninstall 2.25 so its only 2.2)?

I take it you can't remove it from the Software list. Stop using reg cleaners, they're junk!
