Tank crosshairs are really thick and aiming is thus near impossible

I can't take advantage of the tanks in Forgotten hope because all of the tank crosshairs are super bold and thick. By the time I center them on a tank the crosshairs completely block the view of what I'm aiming at.

Does anyone know of a fix? I use Windows 7.

You are forced to use 100% quality textures if you want to avoid this problem.

Also, set the highest possible resolution in options
