Fg 42 with scope..
« on: 23-07-2010, 01:07:42 »
Just a suggestion.

What about a FG 42 with a scope and a 10 round magazine as a pick up marksman kit?
Maybe hopes of a Early type FG 42?

Nah, with a great looking FG42 ingame I don't think they will make the early type too, the late type is good enough for now. Scope, cool as a rare pickup kit. Maybe someone needs to do puppy eyes on the devs  :P

Well 10 round mags where available so I figure it would be fitting for a sniper (Well I would not call it a sniper) Scoped fg 42. But atleast if we got a scope it would be nice :D

Available, but not used much.  However, adding a scope won't be hard at all, I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't done it already :P

Oh come on, Kev is a great people's person. You always get an answer if you ask something. And, actually, if I put myself in the devs position I might GET this all hostile relations towards new members. That reaction right there is pretty normal if you put yourselves in Kevs shoes. I never got a bad answer from Kev.

Wasn't it in 0.7? I don't see it listed on the website, but I could have sworn there was an MG with scope in a pickup kit on some maps.

FG42 is not a MG... Perhaps you are remembering the Type 96 LMG?

I really don't remember what it was. I just seem to recall an automatic weapon with a scope.

Type 96 and StgZF were the only automatic hand held weapons with scopes in FH1, IIRC
